CUSTOMIZED MICROCYLINDERS FOR INDUSTRIAL IRONING

The machineries for industrial ironing speed up and automate the ironing process, but at the same time respect the features of each single fabric without damaging it.
 
Such machineries often install pneumatic microcylinders or cylinders to handle garment to be ironed. The use of steam and jets of air could jeopardize the functioning of the pneumatics components that are installed there.
 
UNIVER Engineering Business Unit has designed and produced a special version of microcylinder with locking unit which, thanks to some peculiarities, guarantees an excellent level of resistance to high temperatures and steam and avoid the corrosive effects of the humidity.
