MANIFOLD WITH FIELDBUS MODULES FOR AUTOMOTIVE ASSEMBLY

In an Automotive Assembly Line, as well as on any kind of manufacturing assembly line, each actuator is to be controlled by means of a valve.

Due to the complexity of the current assembly lines, many valves and inputs are required. So, to better organize the panel controls, valve manifolds are produced and installed, with the aim to have a complete unit which embodies both the needed valve for actuators’ control and fieldbus modules for the communication to the PLC programs.
 
UNIVER module system enables to control simultaneously both electric and pneumatic units, like valve manifolds, guarantees high flexibility in the combination of different modules and gives the possibility to use the same device to control different valve series.
 
Such Fieldbus modules are designed, engineered and produced completely internally by UNIVER electronic division.
One of the main features is the integrated diagnostics to control input and output overload and valve power supply. Any kind of mistake is shown both at sight though LEDs and in the master.
