CYLINDERS WITH BELLOW FOR INDUSTRIAL POWDER COATING

Many applications require protection to cylinder shafts and seals from external agents that may damage the rod and affect negatively their movement and the cylinders' life.
Shaft bellows create a barrier against powders, dust, abrasive materials and any other potentially aggressive substance.
 
UNIVER offers a smart bellow kit that can be installed on standard cylinders, which is composed of 4 elements:

- Bellow
- Collar
- Joint
- Piston rod extension 

There are three versions available depending on the cylinder stroke to be protected:

- Single for strokes up to 300 mm
- Double for strokes up to 600 mm
- Triple for strokes up to 900 mm 

The range of bellows can be installed on KL, KE, K, KD cylinder series with bores from Ø32 to Ø100.
Upon request special versions available for other cylinder series.
