CUSTOMIZED RODLESS CYLINDERS FOR SLIDING DOORS
 
The typical feature of a rodless cylinder is actually to create a linear movement without a piston rod protrusion.
The movement is done by a carriage placed on the cylinder barrel, so the overall dimensions in length do not exceed the overall dimensions of the cylinder itself when the carriage is moving.
 
For this reason, it is a good solution in case you need to move horizontally something as sliding doors, industrial cutting blades or other various elements.
 
UNIVER is also equipped to produced customized rodless cylinders with double carriage or special carriage to meet application specific needs or to bear huge moving loads.
 
UNIVER offers a complete wide range of rodless cylinders in terms of versions and diameters:

- Standard version Ø16 - 50mm
- Version with steel integrated guides Ø 25 - 50mm and technopolymer slidings.
- Version with steel 90° integrated guides Ø 25 - 50mm and crossed sliding on ball bearings 

Covered by a patent dated back to 1988, each cylinder has a special sealing and protection system which matches two seal strips (internal and external), both reinforced with a special Kevlar insert.
